About Us

Hannah Daye & Company takes its name from three women: Alison's great grandmother Hannah, John's great great grandmother Hannah, and their daughter Hannah, who carries that name into a new generation. It felt like the right choice for a jewelry studio built on the idea that beautiful things should last, and that the stories behind them matter as do the pieces themselves.

The Studio

Founded in 2013, Hannah Daye is based in New York's Hudson Valley. Alison designs every piece beginning with hand drawings, then we work in the traditional methods and techniques of lost wax, repose, authentic pave, prong and bezel settings that are cast into sterling silver and gold.

The result is jewelry that feels substantial and considered, because it is.

What We Make

We work primarily in sterling silver and 14k gold, set with natural precious and semi-precious gemstones sourced ethically from around the world. From the Madagascar Rainbow Moonstone & Peruvian Pink Opal in our Oslo Collection to the vibrant emerald-cut gemstones of the Lexington, every stone is chosen and custom-cut for its character and quality.

Our metals are predominantly recycled — because beautiful jewelry shouldn't come at a cost to the planet.
