How It Works

1. Start a conversation.
Custom work often begins at one of our shows — you see something that sparks an idea, or you already have one in mind. You can also reach out by phone or email anytime. There’s no obligation; we just love talking about what’s possible.

2. Design together.
Alison will sketch and design with you from there. You share what you’re drawn to — a stone, a style, a feeling, a memory — and she’ll translate that into something made just for you. We’ll talk through metals, stones, and details until it feels exactly right.

3. We build it by hand.
Once the design is approved, Alison gets to work. Every piece is handcrafted. Timeline varies depending on complexity and stone sourcing — we’ll give you a clear estimate upfront so there are no surprises.

4. It’s yours.
When your piece is ready, we’ll ship it to you or arrange a pickup. Most of our custom clients become longtime customers — and we love that.
