Hannah Daye fine jewelry is made to order. When you purchase an item that is in-stock on our site, we typically ship the order within 24 hours of purchase. If we anticipate a delay in processing your order and shipment, we will notify you via email or phone as soon as possible. We ship via USPS or Federal Express.
If you return an item for exchange or store credit, please contact us first. Customers are responsible for insurance and fees associated with returns and exchanges. Returns are for store credit and will be accepted only if the item is returned in salable condition and within 30 days of the original purchase. No cash refunds. All custom orders and sale item purchases are final.
In the rare instance that an item arrives damaged, please notify us at john@hannahdaye.com within 7 days of receipt of goods in question.
